Backorders: Typically Perother does not accept backorders. However, items available for backordering or pre-purchase will be clearly indicated.
Damaged Goods: If you receive an item that is visibly damaged, please contact Perother Customer Service immediately. While claims are handled by the shipping carrier, Perother will assist customers to the best of its ability with these claims.
Shipping Costs: All orders qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time: After purchase (excluding weekends and holidays), merchandise is usually created and dispatched from our facilities within 1-2 business days.

Multiple Delivery Addresses: We do not ship to multiple addresses with a single order. Please place separate orders if you want products delivered to different addresses.
Sales Taxes: Currently, we do not collect sales taxes on items shipped to the United States since we have not established an economic nexus in any state. However, our policy will change once we do, as laws are subject to change. We will update our policy in accordance with current laws.

Please rest assured that all our carriers are following government recommendations and guidelines, and everyone's safety is our top priority. Currently, our delivery services are unaffected. However, we recommend all customers to use their home address for delivery. Going forward, all carriers will provide contact-free delivery, eliminating the need for signatures upon delivery.
