You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, and include the original box and/or packaging, as well as any tags.
To process your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items should not be returned to the manufacturer. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) and must be sent to a specific address depending on the product.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your returned product, Perother will process your refund and credit your credit card or original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to be issued to your account, depending on your credit card provider.
Please refrain from taking advantage of this policy by ordering multiple quantities (more than 2) of the same or comparable item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you have followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to Perother customer service for further assistance.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange such an item, please contact us at info@perother.com.
Gifts: If you received the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not designated as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the product delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will reimburse the gift giver and inform them of your return.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping fees. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
